This group consists of 100% full-fat cocoa pastes obtained as part of the cooperation of larger producers and suppliers with farms and cooperatives associating growers as part of activities of social importance in the regions. Deep bitterness is the base complemented by interesting flavor notes, varying depending on the type of cocoa selected. There are no clear, sublime, dry and sophisticated layers characteristic of craft products. They perfectly combine with spices to create a unique drink.
